1. Who operates this site
eor.com.uz is operated by Gini Finansal Danışmanlık ve Bilgi Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Gini Talent”, “we”), Büyükdere Cad. Kanyon Ofis Kat:6 No:185, Şişli/İstanbul, Türkiye. Our employing entity in Uzbekistan is LLC “RAQAM AI SOLUTIONS”.
2. Acceptance
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. What the information on this site is
- The site explains how Employer of Record works in Uzbekistan. Tax rates, Labor Code rules, work-permit rules and cost examples are stated as of 2026 and are checked by Görkem Tan, CPA, before publication.
- They are a planning frame, not legal or tax advice, and not an offer. Rules change; check the current official text or ask us before acting.
- Our services are provided only under a written proposal and a signed service agreement. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.
4. Proposal requests
Please give accurate information when you request a proposal. We review the company, the activity and the payment flow before we make an offer, and we may decline a request without giving reasons. Requests are completed on the Gini Talent contact form on ginitalent.com; our privacy notice explains how we handle the details.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or send harmful code. Automated copying that places an unreasonable load on the site is not allowed.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and logos on this site belong to Gini Talent and its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short passages with a link to the source page. Any other use needs our written permission.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to other sites, such as ginitalent.com, the national legislation database lex.uz and IT Park Uzbekistan. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and current but do not guarantee that every page is complete or error-free at all times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of this site alone, without a proposal or a signed agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms follow the Gini Talent terms of service and are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Service agreements for EOR in Uzbekistan state their own governing law. If a provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest remain in effect, and not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.

We may change these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
