We publish this site for companies that want to employ people in Uzbekistan without opening a local company.
Who operates it
Gini Talent employs people in Uzbekistan on behalf of foreign companies. This site explains that path: a contract under the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, payroll, personal income tax, employer social tax and the cost split. We keep the description limited to what this site offers.
We review each proposal before anyone starts. If the role, the company or the payment flow does not fit, we say so.

Where we work
Gini Talent has offices in Istanbul and in Tashkent (Tashkent City, Amir Temur Ave, 100084 Tashkent). The employing entity in Uzbekistan, LLC “RAQAM AI SOLUTIONS”, is an IT Park resident. Gini Talent runs a sister site for Turkey, eor-in-turkey.com, on the same model.

How we write and check these pages
- Mey Fidan writes the guides and checks that each page describes how we actually employ people in Uzbekistan.
- Görkem Tan, CPA, checks every tax rate, payroll step, cost example, work-permit rule and Labor Code figure before it is published. Those pages show the reviewer and the date of the last update.
- Rates are stated as of 2026 and link to the official source where one is public. They are a planning frame; the proposal confirms the figures for your role and headcount.
- We do not promise fixed start dates or permit times, and we do not publish client names.
Corrections
If a rule or a figure on this site has changed, write to info@ginitalent.com. We check the report and update the page, including its date.
