Privacy notice
How Gini Talent and its employing entity in Uzbekistan handle personal data from this site, from proposal requests and from people employed through EOR.

1. Who we are
eor.com.uz is operated by Gini Finansal Danışmanlık ve Bilgi Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Gini Talent”, “we”), Büyükdere Cad. Kanyon Ofis Kat:6 No:185, Şişli/İstanbul, Türkiye; phone +90 212 319 77 86; email info@ginitalent.com. People employed in Uzbekistan through our Employer of Record service are employed by LLC “RAQAM AI SOLUTIONS”, our employing entity in Uzbekistan (phone +998 93 153 05 43), which processes their employment records.
2. What this notice covers
It covers visitors to this site, people who ask us for an EOR proposal, and people employed in Uzbekistan through our EOR service. It does not cover other Gini Talent sites, which have their own notices.
3. Data we collect
- Proposal requests. First and last name, company name, work email, phone, headquarters country, role, headcount, target start date, whether candidates are ready, preferred language and your message. The forms on this site pass these details to the Gini Talent contact form on ginitalent.com in that page’s web address; you then review and submit them there.
- Usage data. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the time of each visit, collected in server logs and through Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit), which uses cookies.
- Employment data. For people employed through EOR: identity and contact details, tax identification number, employment contract, salary, bank details for payroll, leave and, for foreign nationals, work-permit documents. These are collected from the employee and the client company, not through this site.
We do not ask for special-category data on this site. Please do not include health or similar sensitive details in a proposal message.
4. Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a proposal
- To review fit: the company, the activity and the payment flow
- To employ people in Uzbekistan, run payroll and file taxes under the Labor Code and Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan
- To keep the site secure and understand how it is used
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
5. Who we share it with
- Gini Talent and our employing entity in Uzbekistan, to prepare proposals and run employment
- Service providers acting for us: website hosting, analytics, email delivery and payroll tools
- The client company, which receives the employment and cost information it needs for the people working in its team
- Tax, labor and migration authorities in Uzbekistan, where the law requires it
- A buyer or successor in a merger, financing or sale of assets
We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Gini Talent is based in Türkiye and this site is hosted with an external provider, so enquiry data may be processed outside Uzbekistan. Employment records of people employed in Uzbekistan are handled by our employing entity in Uzbekistan under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to answer and follow up your request, and is deleted earlier if you ask. Employment and payroll records are kept for the periods Uzbek law requires.
8. Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw consent you have given. Write to info@ginitalent.com; we may ask you to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this notice. The new version is posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. For significant changes affecting people employed through EOR, we also inform them directly.
